Barbara Udale

Barbara Udale has over 25 years as an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach. Her interest and expertise is in developing individuals, teams and organizations to perform to their best ability, thereby assisting them to achieve their full potential. This is achieved through a pragmatic approach coupled with the ability to use a wide range of tools and processes.

 

Barbara has worked with a wide variety of clients both in Australia and New Zealand. She has developed and facilitated a range of customized interventions including Organisational Culture and Leadership Development, Team Development and Building Values Driven Organisations.

 

To enhance and personalize the individual, team and organizational development process, Barbara utilizes a wide variety of techniques, tools and feedback instruments. Barbara is a master trainer in the DiSC Profiling System and accredited to use a wide variety of other instruments and programs. These include the Life Styles Inventory, Organisational Styles Inventory, MBTI, Leadership Impact, Masters of Leadership, Leader as Facilitator and the Shared Values Process.
