"Wayne - Over all I’d say both the 3 Cardinal rules and sausages on the way to the steak messages really sunk in, which is where we need the guys to head, so perfect...getting the message across to the team that they are professionals is now starting to show, therefore the guys seem more confident in handling ambiguity and pushing to close the sale as they know they can bring more to the table than just relationship and price if they put the effort in.
