360° Feedback

360° Feedback allows an executive to gain clarity about the perceptions of others in relation to their effectiveness as an executive and a leader. They receive insight into how closely aligned these perceptions are with self-perceptions. One-on-one feedback assists them to gain a clear understanding of these perceptions and to identify potential areas they might focus on to increase their effectiveness.
 
We offer clients a range of 360° processes to support development of key individual executives, executive teams, and boards. We provide assessments that measure performance on competencies and leadership practices or customize to your own competency framework.
 
We assist with
  • data collection
  • report generation, and
  • the feedback process itself.  

Tools we use include Lominger Voices and LPI (Leadership Practices Inventory) and one-on-one interviewing.

We assist our clients to manage the data collection including communications to the participating executive/s or board members and to those selected to provide feedback.
 
We can assist you to select or design the appropriate tool.  We then conduct one-to-one feedback sessions – the quality of these sessions is critical to the credibility of the process and to enabling the executive or board member to not only understand their feedback but develop commitment to identifying areas where there is potential to be even more effective.
