Leadership Development

Our programmes assist executives to increase their personal effectiveness within their current roles and help them to prepare for future roles. This strengthens the organisation’s “leadership pipeline” and ensures the development and retention of key talent.
 
We can also facilitate talent identification and management processes should this be required.
 
Our programmes are designed around the following principles:
  • the intervention is integrated into the business so as to maximize relevance for the participants and benefits to the business and to ensure engagement of senior executives with the process
  • workshops are very pragmatic – skill practice and action planning assists participants to apply learning, working on actual individual or organizational issues they face
  • much of the learning comes from the participants themselves, our facilitation ensures fully leveraging the range of skills and experience of the participants and assists with sharing learning across the business
  • learning is an on-going process – we’ll provide assistance to help it keep going – redoing 360 assessment, on-going reading and learning forums
 
All of the programmes we design and deliver are approached as a process rather than a one off event. Thinking of development as a process makes it easier for the individual executive to make behavioural changes required to achieve greater personal effectiveness and therefore achieve a real return on its investment in leadership development.
